Craig Young

Craig Young is an experienced right-arm fast-medium bowler who has been a long-standing member of Ireland's pace attack. He is capable of moving the new ball and hitting a hard length, while his control allows him to operate effectively when batters are looking to increase the scoring rate.

Young has represented Ireland across formats and has accumulated substantial T20I experience over many years. His familiarity with international conditions and pressure situations has made him a dependable squad option, particularly when Ireland require a bowler who can execute straightforward plans consistently.

In T20 cricket, Young is most valuable when he creates early pressure and forces batters to take risks against the bowlers around him. His experience also helps at the death, where disciplined execution and a clear plan can be as important as raw pace.
