Anrich Nortje

Anrich Nortje is one of the fastest bowlers in world cricket and brings a rare level of raw pace to the T20 format. He attacks batters with hard lengths, steep bounce and high-speed yorkers, forcing even elite hitters to make decisions more quickly than they would against most seamers.

Nortje has represented South Africa in major ICC tournaments and has played franchise cricket in competitions including the IPL, SA20 and Major League Cricket. His career has featured numerous hostile spells in which his pace alone has changed the tempo of an innings.

While injuries have interrupted parts of his career, a fit Nortje remains an elite T20 strike weapon. He can take wickets in the powerplay, break partnerships through the middle overs and attack the stumps at the death, giving captains genuine pace in every phase.
