Donovan Ferreira

Donovan Ferreira is a powerful South African batting all-rounder whose T20 reputation has been built around explosive finishing and fearless boundary-hitting. He is particularly strong against spin and can clear the ropes from the moment he arrives, making him a dangerous option in the final overs.

Ferreira has gained experience in the SA20 and multiple overseas franchise competitions, where his hitting ability has made him a sought-after middle-order player. He also bowls useful off-spin and has wicketkeeping experience, giving him an unusually broad range of secondary skills.

His main T20 value is impact rather than accumulation. Ferreira can transform a modest total with a short burst of six-hitting, while his off-spin and wicketkeeping flexibility give captains additional options when constructing the XI.
