Jasper Davidson

Jasper Davidson is a young Scottish right-arm seamer who has progressed rapidly through the national pathway. He bowls with good pace, attacks the stumps and has shown an ability to take wickets, making him an increasingly interesting option in Scotland's developing T20 pace group.

Davidson made his senior Scotland debut in 2024 and continued to gain international experience across formats. He was selected as a travelling reserve for the 2026 T20 World Cup before becoming more involved in senior fixtures later in the year.

In T20 cricket, his value lies in wicket-taking intent and the potential to bowl across multiple phases. As he develops greater control of slower balls and yorkers, Davidson has the tools to complement his natural pace and become a more complete short-format bowler.
