Ryan Klein

Ryan Klein is a right-arm fast-medium bowler who provides the Netherlands with pace, bounce and a direct attacking option. He is capable of moving the new ball and hitting a hard length, while his height and release point can make him awkward to line up.

South African-born Klein qualified for the Netherlands and has represented the national side in international cricket. His development has included exposure to both Dutch and South African cricketing environments, giving him experience of varied surfaces and styles.

In T20 cricket, Klein's main role is to create pressure with pace and disciplined seam bowling. Continued development of slower deliveries and yorkers can make him more effective at the death, complementing the new-ball threat that is already central to his game.
