Prince Yadav

Prince Yadav is a right-arm fast bowler who has emerged as an exciting pace option in India’s T20I setup. The Delhi seamer earned his international opportunity after an impressive 2025–26 domestic season, during which he claimed 18 wickets in eight matches in the Vijay Hazare Trophy. He also made an impact for Lucknow Super Giants in IPL 2026, picking up wickets with his hard-length bowling. Yadav has already gained international experience across ODI and T20I cricket, and he is part of India’s squad for the upcoming five-match T20I series against West Indies.

Yadav generates useful bounce from a lively, hit-the-deck style and can operate with the new ball as well as in the death overs. His ability to attack the stumps and extract movement from the surface gives him a wicket-taking role rather than simply being used to contain the scoring. He has also shown promising returns in his early international career, including a three-wicket haul against Ireland and two-wicket spells in both of India’s T20Is against Zimbabwe in July. With the West Indies T20I series beginning in Lucknow on October 6, Yadav will be looking to strengthen his position among India’s emerging pace options. For fantasy cricket, his attacking approach and potential to strike in short spells make him an interesting bowling pick when he is included in the playing XI.
