Kamil Mishara

Kamil Mishara is a talented left-handed batter and wicketkeeper from Sri Lanka who has emerged as an exciting option in the country's limited-overs setup. Born on April 24, 2001, in Colombo, Mishara represented Sri Lanka at Under-19 level before progressing through domestic cricket and Sri Lanka A. His attacking stroke play and ability to score quickly make him particularly suited to the shorter formats of the game.

Mishara made his T20 International debut for Sri Lanka against Australia in 2022 and later worked his way back into the national side through strong domestic performances. Primarily a top-order batter, he is comfortable taking on pace and spin and can accelerate once settled at the crease. His wicketkeeping ability adds further versatility, while he can also bowl occasional right-arm off-spin when required.

As his career has developed, Mishara has gained greater international experience and opportunities across both T20I and ODI cricket.
