Tanaka Chivanga

Tanaka Chivanga is a Zimbabwean right-arm fast bowler known for his pace and ability to trouble batters with bounce. Born in Goromonzi, he progressed through Zimbabwe’s domestic cricket system and earned his first opportunity with the national team in 2022.

Chivanga made his T20I debut against Namibia before representing Zimbabwe in ODI and Test cricket. Primarily used as a strike bowler, he attacks the stumps, can extract movement from helpful surfaces and provides energy to the bowling unit with his aggressive approach.

Having featured for Zimbabwe across all three international formats, Chivanga offers valuable depth to the country’s pace-bowling resources. His domestic and international experience makes him a useful option, while improved consistency could help him secure a more regular place in Zimbabwe’s bowling attack.
