Wessly Madhevere

Wessly Madhevere is a talented Zimbabwean batting all-rounder who bats right-handed and bowls useful right-arm off-spin. After representing Zimbabwe at three Under-19 World Cups, he made his senior international debut in 2020 and quickly emerged as one of the country’s most promising young cricketers.

Madhevere is an attacking batter capable of playing in the top or middle order across formats. He scores effectively through the off side, rotates the strike well and can accelerate when required, while his accurate off-spin provides Zimbabwe with an additional bowling option.

With experience in Test, ODI and T20I cricket, Madhevere has become a versatile member of Zimbabwe’s squad. His ability to contribute with both bat and ball makes him particularly valuable in limited-overs matches, and consistent performances could help him establish himself as a key player for the national side.
